Refund and Return Policies

Product Refunds

Is your buyer not satisfied with the item sold? Do not worry; we issue refunds and replacements to your buyer.

Process:

You need to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item to your end customer.

Commercials:

1. If the item we sent is a wrong item or a defective piece, we cover full return charges i.e., we provide refunds for the product and also refund for the return shipment cost.
2. If customer wants to return the item after receiving the right item in a right condition, still we provide refunds for the product, but return shipment charge has to be borne either by the customer or the reseller, you.

Sarees, Ready mades Kurtis, Readymade Salwars, Mens Shirts & Women’s Shirts and other readymade items:

1. Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
2. Items should contain the tags and packages as received. Tags should not be removed.
3. Items should be in the same condition as received.
4. Fashion/Accessories cannot be returned and cannot be refunded.
